Dual-Certified Family & Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

I’m a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and my focus is on providing compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals across the lifespan. In our appointments, I primarily support you through thoughtful, evidence-based medication management. We also integrating therapeutic approaches like lifestyle modifications, mindfulness practices, and holistic tools, so your care feels comprehensive, intentional, and truly tailored to you.

I bring a dual certification in Family and Psychiatric Mental Health and have trained at both the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and Johns Hopkins University. My clinical experience spans inpatient and outpatient psychiatry, urgent care, primary care, pediatrics, women’s health, oncology, and veteran care—and I’ve also served as an Assistant Professor, which reflects my commitment to continual learning and thoughtful, evidence-based practice.

Because of this broad background, I approach your care with an integrated perspective that considers both your mental and physical well-being. In our work together, I primarily focus on medication management, while intentionally incorporating lifestyle strategies, mindfulness-based practices, and holistic approaches when they can support your goals.

Above all, my philosophy centers on safety, collaboration, and creating a space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to take an active role in your healing.
