I see therapy as an opportunity to grow, to reconnect with oneself, and to develop tools that make life feel more manageable and meaningful. My goal is to provide an environment where challenges can be explored safely, new perspectives can emerge, strengths can be rediscovered, and tools can be built to support lasting growth.

I am a bilingual therapist (English/Spanish) with a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Miami. My clinical experience includes supporting adolescents, adults, and families with concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance use, life transitions, and relationship challenges. These experiences have reinforced my belief that every person’s journey is unique, and that therapy should be tailored to fit each individual’s needs, values, and cultural background.

In practice, I rely on evidence-based approaches that balance structure with flexibility, allowing sessions to be both practical and responsive to individual goals. At times this involves learning strategies to manage emotions, while at other times it means exploring deeper patterns that influence relationships and self-understanding. At the center of my work is the belief that change takes place in a collaborative environment guided by curiosity and compassion. My intention is to foster a sense of clarity, resilience, and confidence as clients move toward creating a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
