Sayra Besner
MSW., LCSW
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Barry University. I specialize in supporting women through some of life’s most challenging and transformative experiences—whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, major life transitions, or working to rebuild self-esteem and self-confidence.
With years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals during some of the most vulnerable and pivotal moments in their lives. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and empowering. I draw primarily from client-centered therapy, narrative therapy, and solution-focused modalities to help you explore your story, identify your strengths, and move toward meaningful change.
I have a particular passion for working with women facing issues such as postpartum depression, divorce, identity shifts, and other life transitions. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can reconnect with yourself, gain clarity, and develop tools to navigate life with greater confidence and resilience.
