Alaura Hobbs, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who provides therapy for children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and challenges related to attention, regulation, and neurodivergence. Her work focuses on helping clients develop greater self-awareness, emotional balance, and practical strategies for managing everyday stressors.
Alaura takes an integrative and client-centered approach to therapy. She draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, Motivational Interviewing, and depth-oriented perspectives influenced by Gestalt and Jungian psychology. She earned her Master of Arts in Psychology from the University of Denver.
