Daphne Blodgett
Hi, I’m Daphne, a Gottman Level 2 therapist.
Relationships, like plants, need consistent care and attention to thrive. Whether you’re hoping to reconnect with your partner, navigate conflict while balancing work and parenting, rebuild intimacy, heal from betrayal, move through a painful divorce, or simply break free from a rut—I’m here to support you.
I work with all couples, including LGBTQIA+ couples, and tailor my approach to the unique needs of each relationship. In our work together, I’ll bring warmth, empathy, and neutrality in a safe, judgment-free space. While not every couple is meant to stay together, healing and growth are always possible. By seeking help, you’ve already taken the first courageous step.
Alongside couples therapy, I also provide individual counseling. My specialties include trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, health challenges, women’s issues, career shifts, eating disorders, and support for the LGBTQIA+ community.
My approach blends evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), the Gottman Method, somatic practices, and meditation. For trauma and related challenges, I also integrate EMDR elements, Flash Technique, Polyvagal Theory, Parts Work, Ego State Therapy, and Inner Child work.
Together, we’ll work toward creating meaningful change—whether that means healing, growth, or building the kind of relationship and life you truly want.
