Hi, I’m Cathy. I believe therapy should be a place where you don’t have to hide or explain important parts of who you are.
I provide warm, culturally responsive therapy for teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, substance use, caregiver stress, life transitions, and the experience of living between cultures.
Together, we’ll create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as you move toward greater balance and healing.

Supporting Pediatric Oncology Caregivers
As a pediatric oncology parent myself, I understand the unique challenges caregivers face throughout diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. In addition to individual therapy, I facilitate The Caregiver's Circle, a pediatric oncology support group in Miami designed to provide connection, support, and practical tools for parents and caregivers navigating a child's cancer journey.
